Понятие теории производственных функций. В отличие от материализованного технического прогресса выражает тенденцию, зависящую от совместного действия таких факторов роста, как совершенствование организации и управления производством, накопление научных знаний, повышение культурно-технического уровня трудящихся. Поскольку А. т. п. не зависит от накопления капитала или затрат других ресурсов, учитываемых в производственной функции, его считают как бы «даровым». То же: Нематериализованный технический прогресс.
